Any student between the age of 5 and 15 years.
Bhajan is a Sanskrit word meaning “singing to glorify God." At Shankar Mahadevan Academy, we teach Bhajans to children as a way of introducing them to and building their interest in music. Little children, most often, find it easy and enjoyable to pick up a song that has a repetitive tune.
The student in this course will be learning three bhajans in different tunes/ragas. Along with this, they will be introduced to mapping notes to the song too.
The bhajans will be
1. Bhajaman Ram
2. Sharade Veena
3. Parvathy Nandana
